I don't have any videos! What can I do?
This is the most common problem, don't worry! Not many companies are yet utilising video and so finding a company with a library ready to promote is rare. So, we have a number of options that you can consider, here are just a few:
- Is your product a piece of machinery?
If so then you can use an extremely inexpensive camera to shoot video of the equipment in action. This is a very easy way to get a video and you don't need to talk on it (nobody likes their own voice!) - Is your product software?
This is one of the easiest! If your product is a website or a bit of software, simply record it in action using something like Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp). You can then send us this video and we can upload it. The great thing about this is you can add call-outs and annotations explaining the software in more detail.

- Do you have product images?
You don't have to have videos at all!! Just send us your images and we'll create you a video like the one below:
How are the videos hosted?
We host all videos on YouTube and other video sharing sites, this allows for the maximum possible exposure as these sites get millions of views a month.
Is there any limit to the size of my video?
Yes. YouTube limits video length to ten minutes, but you should really only stick to three minutes or less for the sake of your customers! Aim to get everything across to your customers quickly and don't dwell on technical items. Remember, the idea is to drive a sale, not drive customers away.
Are there any restrictions on the content of video?
Yes. For obvious reasons we do not host or advertise videos of a sexual nature, containing profanity or promoting illegal or immoral practices.
